Why Nutrition Coaching?


Sometimes, it can feel as though the body we once had - the one that obligingly responded to a few quick tweaks to our eating, drinking and exercise habits - has deserted us and been replaced by a sluggish, weight-gaining, out-of-control imposter.


It's frustrating when the old quick fixes we used to rely on turn their back on us and disappear off into the mid-life sunset. The good news is you don't have to tackle this alone.

I'm a certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition, the world’s largest and most respected private nutrition coaching education provider.


My passion for food and nutrition, and the huge impact that better nutrition can have on our everyday health and wellbeing has given me the drive to want to help others make transformative changes to the way that they nourish themselves.


I'm based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire but many clients find that connecting via video calls works best around their busy lifestyles.

With so many transitions happening for women in midlife, coupled with the demands of work and caring for older or younger family, we can be left feeling overwhelmed, overstretched, and our own health and self-care fall to the bottom of the priority list.


All those draws on our time and energy make it difficult to consistently implement good nutrition, especially when relying on willpower and good intention alone.

Nutrition Coaching Services

Nutrition Review - £70

A one-off consultation to give you an initial steer on beneficial changes you can make to your nutrition. The cost is redeemable against a 6-week Nutrition Coaching package if booked within 6 weeks of your Nutrition Review.


This package includes:


  • Pre-consultation questionnaire
  • 1-week food diary analysis
  • 60 minute in-depth consultation to talk through your current eating habits, lifestyle, and environment in relation to food, and to identify and discuss beneficial updates you can make to what and how you eat.
  • Package of reference material to help you implement the changes we discuss.

6-Week Nutrition Coaching Package - £270

A 6-week kick starter nutrition coaching package focusing on building healthy nutrition habits to set you on the path to long term sustainable change. Lasting change does not come through willpower and good intention alone, but habit forming, accountability and consistency.


The 1-2-1 nutrition coaching package includes:


  • 60 minute in-depth introductory consultation to find out more about your current eating habits, lifestyle, and environment in relation to food and to identify and discuss your health nutrition goals in more detail.
  • 5 x 40 minute nutrition coaching sessions focusing on skills, practices and actions to build new healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits
  • Regular contact between coaching sessions (using WhatsApp or your preferred messaging platform) to provide support, accountability and encourage consistency.
  • Coaching materials and information sheets for reference between sessions
  • Tailored meal and recipe suggestions

6-Week Continuation Package - £215

Experience shows that a 12-week programme of nutrition coaching allows time for new habits to embed and for evidence of what is sustainable and effective for you to start to emerge. I ask for an initial commitment for 6 weeks in the first instance to allow you to see for yourself how nutrition coaching can help you rather than committing to a full 12 weeks from the outset.


The 6-week continuation package follows completion of the initial 6-week coaching package and includes:

Healthy nutrition concept
  • 6 x 40 minute nutrition coaching sessions reviewing the health and nutrition goals you identified at the start of your coaching journey, building on the skills, practices and actions introduced in the first six weeks, and introducing additional skills that promote long-lasting change.
  • Regular contact between coaching sessions (using WhatsApp or your preferred messaging platform) to provide support, accountability and encourage consistency.
  • Additional coaching materials and information sheets for reference between sessions.
  • Additional meal and recipe suggestions.

Individual Follow-Up Session - £45

Whatever your health and nutrition goals, its always good to review these at regular intervals, check that you're on track, and have accountability and support to consistently work towards these.


This 40-minute follow-up coaching session is an opportunity to discuss how you're progressing, address any obstacles you may be facing, set new goals if applicable. If you feel ready to work on new skills to add to your toolkit this is a great time to discuss these too.

40s Woman and Beyond: Life Hacks - £50


Smooth out the bumps and enjoy the ride. Our 40s and early 50s are a time of change but by making a few small positive adjustments you can not only feel better now but also take control and support your body for the future.


Come and enjoy an evening of discussions and take away ideas on nutrition, exercise and finding that daily joy. Relax an the intimate and cosy atmosphere and learn how to support your mind and body now, as well as your future self.


Included in the ticket is a light evening meal plus a glass of wine or kambucha cocktail. Teas and coffees will also be served.

The event will include:

40s Woman & Beyond Corporate Packages

A 2022 cross party House of Commons Women and Equalities Committee report highlighted that lack of support for women with menopausal symptoms in the workplace is pushing highly skilled and experienced people out of work. The Fawcett Society’s Menopause and the Workplace report showed that one in ten women who worked during menopause have left a job due to their symptoms. With women over the age of 50 being the fastest growing segment of the workforce, this is an opportunity for forward-thinking employers to retain and support their talent.


Putting menopause on your company’s agenda can retain talent, reduce absenteeism, increase employee well being, improve morale, and even enhance a company’s reputation.
